Tekno Cila Concrete Sealer
Product Description
It is an acrylic-based, high-performance, multi-purpose concrete sealer, dustproofing, waterproofing, and protective material.
Areas of Use
• Protection of concrete and other cementitious surfaces in buildings and infrastructure,

Properties and Advantages
• Increases the abrasion resistance of the surface and prevents dusting.
• Easy to apply due to its one-component formulation.
• Improves the concrete’s resistance to chlorine.
• Dries very quickly because the solvent contained in the product evaporates rapidly.
• Increases water impermeability and helps prevent cracks in plaster caused by freezing.
• Can be used as a sealer due to the glossy film layer it forms.
• Protects concrete against atmospheric effects that can penetrate the concrete in the form of salts or gases.
• Reduces dirt retention and prevents changes in the concrete color caused by rain.
Application Instructions
Surface Quality: The surface must be free from all substances that may prevent adhesion, as well as dust, dirt, and oil. Loose and unstable particles must be removed.
Surface Preparation: Exposed concrete surfaces without an existing coating must also be dry, sound, and free from loose or unstable particles before application. Suitable surface preparation methods include steam cleaning, high-pressure water jet cleaning, or mechanical roughening.
TEKNOCİLA 300 is ready to use. Do not apply when rain is expected. Splashing from de-icing salts or seawater may cause loss of gloss or color changes.
Curing Stage: No special curing procedure is required. The surface should simply be protected from rain for at least 1 hour at approximately (+)20°C. The surface becomes dust-resistant within 30 minutes.
Mix thoroughly after opening the package and before application. It can be applied manually using a brush or short-pile roller, or by automatic spray equipment.
Application Notes / Limitations
• Immediately after application, while the product has not yet hardened, equipment should be cleaned with TEKNOTİNER.
• Immediately after application, equipment and areas of skin that have come into contact with the product should be cleaned with lukewarm water and detergent.
• The product may cause skin irritation. Protective gloves or goggles should be worn. A protective cream may also be applied to the hands before starting work. In case of contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with lukewarm water and seek medical attention.
• As the material contains solvents, contact with the skin and eyes must be avoided. In case of contact, wash with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Gloves, a protective mask, and goggles should be worn during use, and inhalation of the material must be avoided.
• As the product is a flammable solvent-containing material, smoking is strictly prohibited during application. Keep away from any ignition sources, including welding and cutting equipment.
• During applications in enclosed areas, the applicator should take a break outdoors at approximately 30-minute intervals.
