Product Description
It is an acrylic emulsion-based curing compound applied after concrete, screed, and cement-based surface hardener applications. By forming a film layer on the surface, it prevents rapid evaporation of the mixing water and reduces shrinkage and the risk of cracking.

Areas of Use
• Applied to freshly poured concrete and all surface hardener applications for concrete curing.

Application Instructions
• When curing is carried out in open areas, the application surface must be protected from external factors for 24 hours.
• Protective gloves, goggles, and a mask should be worn during application.
• Due to the irritating effects of the materials, the components must not come into contact with the skin or eyes. In case of contact, wash immediately with plenty of water and soap; if swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.
• Concrete in open areas without any coating must also be cleaned of foreign substances that may prevent adhesion before application. The surface must be sound and free from loose or unstable particles.
Application Notes / Limitations
• It should be sprayed or applied with a roller evenly over freshly poured concrete.
• Spray equipment and rollers used for application should be cleaned with lukewarm water. If the spray nozzle is to be reused, it is recommended to keep the nozzle immersed in water.
• In open and windy environments, a second coat may be applied within 6 hours following the first coat to ensure effective curing.
• TEKNOKÜR 100 is applied to screeded surfaces of site, road, and floor concrete, as well as to the glossy surfaces of formed concrete after the formwork has been removed and the surface has lost its gloss.
• Mix thoroughly after opening the package and before application.
• Spray application of TEKNOKÜR 100 onto the concrete surface is recommended to achieve a uniform finish.
• TEKNOKÜR 100 should be applied with a roller in a thin layer. The material should be distributed evenly and pooling must be avoided.
• Non-uniform application may result in localized color differences. These color differences will decrease over the days following application.
• Since TEKNOKÜR 100 does not leave a film on the surface in high-traffic and abrasion-prone areas, no defects will occur other than shade differences caused by application thickness or the surface structure.
• Immediately after application, hands and areas of skin that have come into contact with the product should be cleaned with lukewarm water and detergent using soap and water.
• Immediately after application, while the product has not yet hardened, clean the tools used with water.
• The product may cause skin irritation. Protective gloves or goggles should be worn. A protective cream may also be applied to the hands before starting work.
• In case of contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with lukewarm water and seek medical attention.
