Application Instructions
Surface Quality: The surface must be dry, clean, and sound during application. Do not begin application until these conditions have been achieved. On new substrates, do not apply the product before the required curing period has elapsed.
Surface Preparation: If there is oil on the surface, dry it by heating/burning. Use Tekno repair mortars for surface repairs.
Curing Stage: Mix the material homogeneously in a bucket using a low-speed mixer for approximately 3 minutes. Without allowing the mixture to stand, pour it into the machine's paint tank and begin application. Do not add any chemicals to the paint other than those specified in the technical data sheet. Such additions may adversely affect the quality, properties, and service life of the paint.
Application Notes / Limitations
• Mix TEKNOTİNER into the paint at a ratio of 5-10% and apply the first coat to the surface with a roller or brush as a primer coat. Allow approximately 1 hour for drying. Depending on the absorption of the applied surface, apply the second coat either undiluted or diluted with approximately 5-10% thinner. Allow approximately 1 hour for drying. If the surface is not fully covered after two coats, apply a third coat without thinner.
• The application area must be well ventilated. Nighttime applications require adequate lighting, while the operation of application equipment requires three-phase electrical power.
• Can be applied manually using a stiff-bristle brush or roller, or with spray machines.
• After application, the surface must be protected from adverse weather conditions such as direct sunlight, strong winds, high air temperatures (above +35°C), rain, and frost. Since hardening is completed shortly after application, cleaning can only be carried out using mechanical equipment. Hands should be washed with warm water and soap.
