Product Description
Specially formulated self-leveling floor leveling mortar for single component, synthetic polymer additive, thin applications with increased adhesion strength.
Areas of Use
Used as a leveling screed under materials such as tiles, ceramics, granite ceramics, marble, natural granite, parquet,
PVC and carpets in interior and exterior areas.

Application Instructions
Surfaces should be clean, smooth, solid, and free from all kinds of dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold oil, detergent, etc. and waste that prevents adhesion. Surfaces should be level,
weak parts should be removed. If there are cracks or holes on the floor or wall where the application will be made, they should be repaired with appropriate
TEKNOREP repair mortars. TEKNOSELF application should be started after 3-4 days.
Points on the surface should be repaired with TEKNOREP. There should be no oil, dirt or rust on the surface.
Dry surfaces should be slightly moistened but no water accumulation should be left. Before application, TEKNOLATEX 500 should be used on absorbent surfaces and TEKNOLATEX 300 on glossy surfaces for better
adherence.
The prepared material is spread and poured on the primed surface. A spike roller can be used to eliminate air bubbles on the surface. If the primer is not used, the smoothness on the surface will not be achieved to the desired extent.
After the application is completed, it should not be exposed to strong winds or frost.
Therefore, protective measures should be taken.
TEKNOSELF is a single component. It is recommended to use a low-speed drill and mixer tip to ensure a homogeneous mixture. 6.0 - 6.5 lt of water is put into the bucket, then the powder material is slowly added,
the mixing process is continued until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The amount of mixing water may vary depending on the ambient
temperature. The completely mixed material should be spread and leveled in 30 minutes
depending on the ambient temperature and used.
Application Notes / Limitations
• After application, it should be protected against adverse weather conditions such as direct sunlight, strong wind, high air temperature (over +35°C), rain and frost
.
• Applications thicker than 0.5 mm cannot be made in a single layer. Applications thicker than 5 mm should be applied layer by layer.
TEKNOSELF 500 can also be preferred for thicker applications.
• After application, the ground should be protected from contact with water. It should not be used in places constantly exposed to water.
• It may rise after a minimum of 24 hours depending on the ambient temperature. However, it is recommended to wait at least 3 days before performing the procedure.
• Before TEKNOSELF has fully cured and hardened, cleaning should be done with water. Since hardening will be completed a few days after application, cleaning can only be done using mechanical equipment.
• Immediately after application, before it has hardened, equipment should be washed with water and hands should be washed with clean warm water and soap.
