Product Description
It is an acrylate-based, solvent-based, single-component,
cold-applied road marking paint that can be applied in interior and exterior environments.

Application Instructions
Surface Quality: The surface to be applied must be dry, clean and solid during application.
Do not start the application before these conditions are created. Do not apply before the setting time that must pass after the application of the material on the new sub-surface has ended.
Surface Preparation: If there is oil on the surface, dry it by burning. For repairs on the surface
Use Tekno repair mortars.
Curing Stage: Mix the material in a bucket with a low speed mixer for approximately 3 minutes
homogenously, pour it into the paint box of the machine without waiting and start applying.
Do not mix any chemical substance into the paint other than those specified in the technical data sheet.
Such an application negatively affects the quality, characteristics and life of the paint.
Application Notes / Limitations
• Mix 5 - 10% TEKNOTİNER into the paint and apply the first coat with a roller or brush to the surface to be used as a primer.
Wait for it to dry for approximately 1 hour.
According to the amount of paint taken up (impregnation) of the applied surface, apply the second coat without thinner or with approximately 5 - 10%
thinner. Wait for it to dry for about 1 hour. If the surface is not covered in two-coat application,
apply the third coat without using thinner.
• The application area should have good ventilation. Lighting will be needed for night work and three-phase electricity will be needed for the application tools to work.
• It is used manually with a hard-bristled brush, roller or with spraying machines.
• After application, it should be protected against adverse weather conditions such as direct sunlight, strong wind, high air temperature (over +35°C), rain and frost.
Since the hardening will be completed shortly after application,
cleaning can only be done using mechanical equipment. Hands should be washed with clean warm water and soap.
