Product Description

It is a curing material applied after acrylic emulsion based, concrete, screed and cement based surface hardener applications 
and prevents rapid 
evaporation of the mixture water with the film layer it forms on the surface, and reduces the risk of shrinkage and crack formation.

Application Instructions

• When curing in open areas, the application surface should be protected from external factors for 24 hours.
• Protective gloves, glasses and a mask should be used during application.
• Due to the irritating effects of the materials, the components should not come into contact with the skin and eyes,
in case of contact, wash immediately with plenty of soap and water, and consult a doctor immediately if swallowed.
• Concretes in open areas without a coating should also be cleaned of foreign substances that prevent surface adhesion before application. It should be free from solid, loose and mobile particles.

Application Notes / Limitations

• It should be applied by spraying or rolling homogeneously on freshly poured concrete.
• Spraying devices and rollers used in the application should be cleaned with warm water. If the spray 
nozzle is to be used again, it is recommended to keep the nozzle in water.
• In order to ensure effective curing in open air and windy environments, the second layer can be applied within 6 hours following the application of the first layer
• TEKNOKÜR 100 is applied to the leveled surfaces of field, road and floor concretes and to the surfaces of molded concretes that have lost their shine after the molds are removed.
• Before application, mix thoroughly after opening the package.
• It is recommended to spray TEKNOKÜR 100 on the concrete surface to obtain a uniform structure.
• TEKNOKÜR 100 should be applied in a thin layer with a roller. By distributing the material evenly, 
no ponding should be allowed.
• In non-homogeneous applications, regional color differences may occur. Regional color differences will decrease in the days 
following the application.
• Since TEKNOKÜR 100 does not leave a layer on the surface in areas open to wear and tear with heavy traffic, no error is observed other than the tone difference caused by the application 
thickness or the structure of the surface.
• Immediately after the application, hands and areas in contact with the skin should be cleaned with warm water and detergent, soap and water 
.
• Immediately after the application, clean the tools used with water before it hardens.
• The product may irritate the skin. Protective gloves or goggles should be used. Protective cream can also be applied to hands before starting work.
• If the product comes into contact with the eyes, the eyes should be washed immediately with warm water and a doctor should be consulted.
