Product Description
Teknoil is a mold release agent that is resistant to curing temperatures and is used to easily
remove wooden and steel molds after mineral oil-based concrete casting and to obtain smooth-surfaced concrete.
Areas of Use
• Especially in smooth molds with low or non-absorbent properties,
• In steel, plastic and plywood molds,
• In cases where mold efficiency is desired to be increased,
• It is used to accelerate mold workmanship.

Application Instructions
Surface Quality: Surfaces must be clean, smooth, solid, and free from all kinds of dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold oil,
detergents and similar substances that prevent adhesion and waste.
Weak parts must be removed. The surface must be dry.
Surface Preparation: If there is a tie wire, cement bag paper, piece of wood, etc. on the molds, they must be cleaned. There must be no water accumulation on the surface. Before laying the iron, the concrete cover
should be selected and should be ready for use on site.
Mixing: The product should be shaken briefly in a clean container free of any substances that prevent adhesion
or in its own packaging. Application can be done with a roller, brush, or spray.
TEKNOIL should be applied in a thin layer and homogeneously. Oil pooling should not occur on the mold. Oil pooling should be removed with a sponge, cloth, etc.
Cleaning: After application, it should be protected against adverse weather conditions such as direct sunlight, strong wind, high air temperature (over +35),
rain and frost. Areas that come into contact with the skin, hands should be cleaned with water
and detergent.
Application Notes/ Limitations
• The product may cause irritation when in contact with the skin. Work clothes, protective gloves, mask and goggles should be used.
Protective cream can also be applied to the hands before starting work. In case of contact of the mortar with the eyes, the eyes should be washed immediately with warm water
and a doctor should be consulted.
• Do not add foreign substances.
• It is recommended to perform a preliminary test before use.
