• There are many different sizes and solutions depending on the application.

Application Instructions
Waterstop Tapes placed in concrete: Placed in the center of concrete elements.
TEKNOMER WATERSTOP TAPES can be easily fixed to the reinforcement in the concrete, thanks to the holes left at certain intervals on the tape.

Waterstop Tapes applied to the surface: Can be applied to the surface of the mold or base protection concrete.

Welding: Since TEKNOMER WATERSTOP TAPES are based on thermoplastic PVC, they can be easily
joined with hot air welding. The edge parts (available for each type) should be fixed to the welding
mould and cut precisely. Then, the cut ends should be welded with appropriate welding equipment until a melted and smooth
PVC surface emerges. The welding machine
should be removed and the melted edges should be pressed tightly together. The welding temperature should be ~ (+)200°C
.

Application Notes / Limitations
• Waterstop tapes should not be applied to the concrete surface in applications that will be exposed to negative water pressure.
• Should be protected from UV rays during storage.
• Should be stored in unopened packages, at a maximum temperature of (+)30°C, in a dry environment.
