Product Description
It is a two-component, cement and acrylic based, polymer reinforced, fully elastic, 
water insulation material containing special additives. It is applied internally or externally on concrete, curtain and cement based plasters 
against leakage and surface water.

Areas of Use
• Residences, shopping malls, hospitals,
• Vertical and horizontal applications in interior and exterior spaces,
• In foundation insulation and retaining walls,
• In facilities such as spas and baths,
• Water tanks, swimming and ornamental pools,
• On terraces (provided that the top is protected),
• Used in wet areas such as bathrooms, toilets, balconies.

Application Instructions
Surface Quality: Surfaces should be clean, smooth, solid, and free from all kinds of dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold oil, detergent and similar adhesion-inhibiting substances and waste. If there is segregation in the concrete, damaged and loose parts should be thrown away and weak parts should be removed. If there are cracks or holes on the floor or wall where the application will be made, they should be repaired with appropriate TEKNOREP repair mortars. It should be ensured that the slope screed or concrete is 
placed in the direction of the water flow. The correct control of the slope is done as follows.

A gauge is held towards the drain from the beginning and a scale is placed on it. If it is determined that there is no slope 
or a reverse slope as a result of the control, the application should not be started, the concrete and screed should be processed and the water flow direction 
should be adjusted. Additional screed or concrete should be poured if necessary.

Surface Preparation: If the surface to be insulated is dry, it should be wetted and saturated with water 
and made ready for application. Sharp corners and edges should be chamfered with TEKNOREP 300 thick repair mortar.  
In wet areas and balconies where ceramics will be applied, TEKNOMER Chamfer Tapes should be applied to all corners in advance.
25 kg powder mortar should be slowly poured onto 10 lt liquid component and mixed thoroughly so that no lumps remain.  
It is recommended to mix with a low-speed mixer at less than 500 rpm. The mortar should be rested for 5 minutes to mature and mixed again for 1 - 2 minutes before starting the application. The prepared mortar should be applied to the floor with a roller or brush in 2 layers. 5 - 6 hours should be waited between layers depending on the temperature.  
The layers should be applied perpendicular to each other. A total application thickness of 2 - 3 mm will be sufficient.

Application Notes / Limitations
• Care should be taken not to mechanically damage the insulation material during the coating process.
• Since it is cement based, do not breathe its dust, do not contact it with skin and eyes.
• Do not apply to wood, chipboard, MDF, plywood, PVC and metal surfaces.
• Only its own liquid should be used in the mixture. Water should never be added.
• Foreign materials should not be added.
• Protection is necessary to obtain the long-term performance expected from the product. After application, tiles, ceramics, plaster and screed should be applied after 3 days to protect against any punctures, scratches and impacts that may occur.
• After application, it should be protected against adverse weather conditions such as direct sunlight, strong wind, high air temperature (over +35°C), rain and frost. Before the product is fully cured and hardens, hands should be cleaned with water and detergent.
• Immediately after application, before it hardens, equipment should be cleaned with water. After the product hardens, it should be cleaned with mechanical methods.
• After the product is mixed well and rested for 3 - 5 minutes, it is applied to the saturated surface with a brush and/or trowel without losing its moisture. After the material has set for the first time, the second layer is applied in the perpendicular direction of the first layer application. If desired, carrier glass fiber can be used as reinforcement between the layers. Waiting period between layers; After the application of the 1st layer, when there is no trace left on the fingers in the manual control, the other layers can be 
moved on.
