Product Description
Water expandable, chloroprene rubber and hydrophilic resin blend, hydrophilic vulcanized, elastic
rubber tape. It expands by 800% in contact with water in ready-mixed concrete elements and reinforced concrete.
Areas of Use
• In ready-mixed concrete element joints,
• In underground structure joints,
• In concrete element joints,
• In vertical structure joints,
• In pipe joints passing through reinforced concrete,
• In concrete-steel joints,
• It is used in reinforced concrete structures exposed to high-pressure water.

Application Instructions
It should be attached to smooth surfaces, between internal and external reinforcement, with 4-5 nails per meter or TEKNOPOLIDERZ 1K mastic
. On rough surfaces; It is pressed well into the paste with a width of ± 3 mm,
It should be attached with 4-5 nails per meter in addition to the mastic. F and S types can be applied in pipe transitions.
To ensure complete sealing, all of the profiles must be in contact with the joint surface. The profile
ends should be added in a way that they complement each other. In order to ensure uniformity in the joint, the ends of the relays
should be centered with each other. The length of the joint required for application is as much as the meter.
Application Notes / Limitations
• Application should be avoided in heavy rain.
• As it is applied around pipe inlets and outlets, the tape should be covered with an epoxy-based product.
Since it will expand and swell with water, it will beat other applications other than epoxy.
