Teknokür 105 Acrylic Concrete Curing Material

Product Description

It is an acrylic emulsion based curing material applied after concrete, screed and cement based surface hardener applications,
preventing rapid evaporation of mixing water with the film layer it forms on the surface,
reducing shrinkage and the risk of crack formation. ASTM C 309 Type 2 Class A

Areas of Use

• It is applied for concrete curing on freshly poured concrete and all surface hardener applications.
• Parking lots, garages, material storages, factories, shopping malls with heavy human traffic,
• In all kinds of engineering structures such as highways, dams, metros, tunnels, bridges,
• In concrete road applications,
• It is used in places such as industrial structures, aircraft hangars, apron areas, helipads.

Features and Advantages

• It is more effective and economical than curing methods such as coating and watering wet materials.
• It can be applied on all kinds of concrete surfaces.
• It reduces cracks caused by plastic shrinkage.
• It reduces the risk of shrinkage and crack formation.
• It is harder and dust-free provides a surface.
• Since it does not contain solvent, it can be easily applied indoors and outdoors.
• It provides the highest strength development by retaining water within the concrete.
• It is a more effective and economical method as an alternative to similar curing methods such as sack, burlap and irrigation.
