Product Description
Acrylic based, high performance, dust preventing, multi-purpose concrete polish, insulation
and protection material.
Areas of Use
• In the protection of concrete and other cement surfaces in buildings and infrastructures,
• On floors and walls where a shiny appearance is desired,
• In order to increase the service life of concrete,
• Suitable for use on visible aggregate concrete surfaces, bright, colorless and to give life to the surface,
• On surfaces where surface hardener is applied,
• In screed concretes,
• Used in concrete casting in hot climates.
Features and Advantages
• Abrasion resistance of the surface prevents dusting.
• It is easy to apply because it is a single component.
• It makes the concrete resistant to chlorine.
• Since the solvent in it evaporates very quickly, it dries very quickly.
• Since it increases water impermeability, it prevents cracks that may occur in plasters as a result of freezing.
• It is used as a polish thanks to the shiny film layer it creates.
• It protects the concrete against atmospheric effects that can penetrate the concrete in the form of salt or gases.
• It reduces dirt retention and the color of the concrete does not change with the effect of rain.
Application Instructions
Surface Quality: The surface must be cleaned from all kinds of substances that prevent adhesion, dust, dirt and oil, and free from loose and mobile particles.
Surface Preparation: Application can also be done on exposed concretes in open areas without a coating. before
the surface must be dry, solid, free from loose and mobile particles. Appropriate surface preparation
methods should be cleaned with steam cleaning, high pressure water jet or roughening.
TEKNOCİLA 300 is ready to use. Do not apply when rain is expected.
Splashes of solvent salt or sea water may cause loss of gloss or color change.
Curing Stage: It does not require a special curing process, it should only be protected from rain at approximately (+)20°C for at least 1 hour
(It becomes dust resistant within 30 minutes.).
Before application, mix thoroughly after opening the package. It can be applied manually with a brush or short-hair roller
or with automatic spraying machines.
Application Notes / Limitations
• Immediately after application, before it hardens, equipment should be cleaned with TEKNOTİNER.
• Immediately after application, equipment used and areas in contact with the skin should be cleaned with warm water and detergent.
• The product may irritate the skin. Protective gloves or goggles should be used. Protective cream can also be applied to the hands before starting work. In case of contact with the mortar, the eyes should be washed immediately with warm water
and a doctor should be consulted.
• Since the material contains solvent, contact with the skin and eyes should be prevented, and in case of contact, it should be washed with plenty of water
and a doctor should be consulted. Gloves and protective mask/goggles should be used during use, and the material should not be inhaled.
• Since it is a flammable material containing solvent, smoking should be avoided during application and any source of ignition such as welding,
cutting machines should be avoided.
• In applications performed in closed areas, the operator should rest in the open area for a certain period of time approximately every 30 minutes.
