Kaspor Graphite EPS Board
The exterior wall insulation board is made of expanded polystyrene rigid foam with high insulation capacity. It provides strong thermal insulation, does not deteriorate, is easy to use, waterproof, has ecological properties, and reduces heat transfer with its carbon carrier. Graphite EPS provides 25% better insulation compared to other insulation products. It does not contain argon, one of the gases considered harmful to human health.
Since these boards made of graphite EPS are thinner than standard insulation boards, they both save raw materials and reduce carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions through lower energy consumption. This is one of the main reasons behind our “ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY PRODUCTION” slogan, which is also featured on our packaging.
Heat transfer through the graphite EPS board layer takes place through conduction, convection, and radiation.
Areas of Use:
The surface on which the graphite EPS insulation board will be used must be dry and smooth. Spills and swollen surfaces should be cleaned with a brush, while curved areas, major damage, and cracks should be repaired with plaster. Cement-based mortar is used for wooden surfaces, while acrylic-based mortar is used for other surfaces. Immediately after applying the adhesive, the board should be placed directly onto the wall surface without leaving any gaps.
The insulation boards should be placed in a staggered pattern on exterior walls and corners.
Once the adhesive mortar has completely dried (approximately within 24 hours), the positioning process should begin.
