It is an acrylic-based, polymer-modified, ready-to-use topcoat that can be applied with a trowel and is available in fine or coarse textures as desired, offering high elasticity and can be tinted. It provides good water vapor permeability and water-repellent properties. As it is pre-colored, no additional painting is required.
