Product Description
It is a cement-based thermal insulation board adhesive with high breathability and high adhesion strength thanks to its polymer reinforcements. Resistant to water, moisture, and impact, the product provides ease of application and can also be applied by machine.
Areas of Use
It is used for bonding thermal insulation boards such as EPS, mineral wool, XPS, etc. on interior or exterior facades of all types of buildings. It can be used on concrete, brick, aerated concrete, and plastered facades.
Surface Preparation
The substrate must be clean, dry, dust-free, and sound, and must not be frozen or affected by salt/lime efflorescence. There must be no loose particles on the surface. If there are voids or areas requiring repair on the application surface, they must be corrected before application.
Application
The material should be mixed with an electric mixer for 3-4 minutes, allowed to rest for 5 minutes, and then mixed again before use. It is recommended to apply the adhesive around the perimeter of the boards in an approximately 5 cm wide frame and to apply at least 3 dabs within the frame. This bonding method provides the required minimum bonding area of 40%. During application, care should be taken to prevent the adhesive from spreading onto the side surfaces of the boards and creating thermal bridges.
