This project was designed on a 20,000 m² site in the center of Beykent, one of the developing areas of Beylikdüzü. It was planned as a shopping mall combined with a 13-story residence.
The shopping mall project stands out with its semi-open spaces, vehicle-accessible interior areas, and spacious living environments. The residence offers apartment types designed at different scales to appeal to a wide range of residents, spacious lobbies for a sense of openness, and even a rooftop helipad. The project was completed by our team and is awaiting implementation.
