This project, designed on a 20,000 m2 area in the center of Beykent, a developing district of Beylikdüzü; It was designed as a shopping mall and a 13-story residence.
The shopping mall project, which will attract attention with its semi-open spaces, the ability to enter with a vehicle and spacious living areas, and the apartment types designed in different scales, which will appeal to all segments, provide spaciousness with its wide lobbies, and have a helipad on its roof, has been completed by us and is waiting to be realized.
