SURFACE PREPARATION
The application surface must be free of dust, dirt, rust, and oil, and loose particles must be removed.
Depending on the application surface, BTS 100 or BTR 100 primer should be applied where necessary, and it should be allowed to dry completely.
APPLICATION METHOD
Membrane application should begin at the lowest part of the roof (lowest elevation), perpendicular to the slope.
Poliroof PR4500 is heated with a torch and bonded to the surface. If Poliroof SA 4500 is used,
it can be applied directly as it is self-adhesive.
The rows must always be staggered. A 10 cm overlap should be provided on the long edges and a 15 cm overlap on the short edges,
and the joints must be thoroughly bonded.
Between layers, staggering of 50 cm on the long edge and 5 m on the short edge should also be maintained.
PACKAGING
Supplied in rolls measuring 1 m in width and 10 m in length.
STORAGE CONDITIONS AND SHELF LIFE
BTM Poliroof roofing material must not be exposed to direct sunlight.
Store upright.
The shelf life is 1 year from the date of manufacture when stored in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging, under dry conditions,
protected from direct sunlight, at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C.
