It is a ready-to-use, one-component, acrylic-based primer containing organic binders and polymeric additives, used on absorbent or porous surfaces before the application of self-leveling screeds, conventional screeds, and concrete products to regulate surface absorbency and improve adhesion. It can be used in all types of buildings, for interior and exterior applications, on horizontal and vertical surfaces.
