Born in 1972 in the İnebolu district of Kastamonu, Metin Temel completed his primary and secondary education in İnebolu. After graduating from Istanbul Construction and Building Vocational High School, he went on to graduate from the Department of Business Administration at Anadolu University and began his professional career.
With many years of experience in the building and construction industry, Metin Temel currently serves as the Founding Partner and Chairman of the Board of Lead Yapı Teknolojileri San. Tic. A.Ş. He is recognized for his innovative approach to the industry, quality-oriented management philosophy, and entrepreneurial spirit.
In addition to his work in the business world, Metin Temel is also known for his interest in sports. He is a General Assembly Member of Beşiktaş Gymnastics Club. With the experience he has gained throughout his professional career and his sense of social responsibility, he continues to support various social initiatives.
Married and a father of two daughters, Metin Temel continues his professional career in Istanbul and remains committed to contributing to the business community and the national economy.
